Droplet Paired-Tag is an innovative single-cell multiomic assay that simultaneously measures RNA expression and DNA-modifying proteins in the same cell. By tagging histone post-translational modifications (PTMs) - or other proteins such as transcription factors (TFs) - in individual nuclei, the Droplet Paired-Tag Reagent Kit offers a comprehensive snapshot of gene regulation. Designed to integrate with the 10x Chromium® system, this workflow captures both transcriptomic and epigenetic information in a single run, eliminating the need for multiple separate assays.
