The bottle is made of medical-grade polycarbonate, which meets USP Class VI requirements, has high transparency and clear and accurate scales for easy observation; it has strong impact resistance and is not easy to break; it has good chemical resistance and can withstand a variety of chemicals; it is resistant to high temperatures of 121°C and low temperatures of -80°C, is anti-oxidant and not easy to adhere to the wall, ensuring cell survival and vitality.

The breathable bottle cap is made of polypropylene and covered with a 0.22 μm polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) hydrophobic breathable filter membrane, which can block bacteria and provide aseptic gas exchange, increase the permeability of gases such as air and carbon dioxide, and enable cells to grow to a higher density. The hydrophobic filter membrane does not affect the sealing and breathability after contact with liquid, reducing the risk of contamination.

This series of products adopts advanced production technology, which is a one-step injection blow molding process. The bottle body is seamless, the wall thickness is uniform, the surface quality is good, and the consistency is excellent. After strict leakage testing, it is guaranteed to be leak-free.

Produced in accordance with cGMP standards, there is no human contact during the production process, and the product consistency is good.

The product is sterilized by gamma irradiation, free of DNase, RNase, pyrogen, extremely low endotoxin, and no dissolution or precipitation.
